DISCLAIMER
Not all dog equipment is suitable for all dogs. We do not recommend slip leads to be used with brachycephalic (flat faced) dogs who have obstructed breathing, or dogs with physical limitations including spinal issues.

Please use Fetch Gear products responsibly. Any training tool can cause harm and/or damage if not used correctly. Please seek professional dog training advice. Do not leave your dog tied up with Fetch Gear products or leave unsupervised.

When purchasing our products you agree that Fetch Gear Ltd will not be held liable for any injury or damage to your dog, other animals or property while using our products. Fetch Gear limited will not be liable for any veterinary bills for any damage sustained to your dog.

RETURNS POLICY
If you have received a faulty/defective product, please contact us at sales@fetchgear.co.nz within 14 days of delivery.
Fetch Gear products that have been damaged by chewing or scratching are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
