SHIPPING POLICY

Fetch Gear aims for 2-3 day delivery time schedule.

If there are any delays or issues with your order you will be contacted immediately. 

RETURN POLICY

If you have received a faulty/defective product, please contact us at sales@fetchgear.co.nz within 14 days of delivery.

Fetch Gear products that have been damaged by chewing or scratching are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Items returned will be inspected before a refund is issued.


Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item please email sales@fetchgear.co.nz and provide the following information:

Reason for return (e.g. change of mind, faulty, etc.)

  • If the item is faulty please attach a photo.

  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value.
